A smartphone, especially one used by professionals, should be able to sync with Outlook. Outlook is the standard for business email and contact management. Expecting your customers to export, upload, sync and wait hopeful that Google doesn’t corrupt one entry out of 1200 while waiting up to 15 minutes for them to sync is unreasonable. My contacts can change daily, additions, deletions and changes. Other manufacturers provide syncing tools, it’s a shame Motorola refuses to make their business ready flagship phone with the same service.

I would have had no idea how to do this without your post, thank you. I was struggling over how to get my contacts from my old iPhone to the Atrix.

These instructions worked like a charm. Thank you!
